The first month will be more work, after that I work from home so things will be more routine. The first month I may need help with cooking as well, after that there would be no need for help with that unless absolutely necessary. I have a 6 year old son who goes to school full time so it will be rare that he will be home during the day. I need someone flexible, caring, and experienced. The first month I would need more than 40 hours a week after that it would be a 40 hour week. |
